Our brunch is served every Saturday and Sunday morning at the Pub like only the Irish can do! It is served from open till 2pm. Unique Irish favorites are combined with traditional dishes to create the brunch location of choice for those looking to meet with friends both old and new.
SIGNATURE DRINKS
Fado Irish Coffee
Cleanse your palate with an age-old recipe. The Fado signature drink features Bushmills Irish Whiskey, brown sugar, fresh whipped cream and cinnamon.
Mimosa
The classic morning cocktail featuring sparkling wine and orange juice.
The Fado Bloody Mary
Our own mix with the perfect balance of tomato, horseradish, lemon and spices.

Steak and Eggs
Our tender CAB Flat Iron grilled and topped with onion gravy and fried eggs. With thick-cut chips, grilled tomatoes and mushrooms.
All-day Irish Breakfast
Two eggs, Irish sausage, rashers, black and white pudding, mushrooms, tomatoes and brown bread.
Breakfast Sandwich
Bangers, rashers, friend eggs and cheddar on sourdough.
Irish Style Eggs Benedictine
Toasted English muffins layered with Irish bacon, two poached eggs, and hollandaise sauce.
Corned Beef Hash
In-house cooked corned beef and hot potatoes topped with two fried eggs and served with a creamy mustard-white wine sauce.
Irish Smoked Salmon Bagel
A toasted bagel is topped with generous smoked salmon, whipped cream cheese, onions and capers.

SALADS
Farm House Salad
Fresh mixed field greens, tomato, cucumbers, red onions, shredded cheddar cheese, croutons and choice of dressing.
Blue Crunch Salad
A flavorful blend of field greens, diced tomatoes, crispy bacon pieces, red onion, pecans and croutons in balsamic vinaigrette.
Pear and Blue Cheese Salad
Mixed greens, blue cheese crumbles, pears, oranges and candied pecans with poppy seed vinaigrette.
