Irish Whiskey or Uisce Beathea (ish ca-ba-ha) is known as the "Water of Life." On Tuesday, March 13, we are devoting an entire evening to it. Join us as we celebrate the "Water of Life" with a whiskey inspired 5 course meal.
The Tasting Menu
All guests will be welcomed with a pint of Guinness.
- Bushmills paired with Deviled Eggs with Smoked Salmon Mousse.
- Bushmills 10 yr Single malt paired with a Watercress Salad with Dates, Goat Cheese, Apple Wood Bacon and a Citrus Vinaigrette Dressing.
- Bushmills 16 yr Single Malt paired with Honey and Chipotle Pork Lion with Parsnip Puree.
- Bushmills 21 yr Single Malt paired with Irish Rasher and Cashel Blue Stuffed Chicken Breast.
- Bushmills Honey paired with Chocolate and Peanut Butter Scones.
