Fadó Irish Pub and Restaurant at Lincoln Park will be the company's 12th Irish pub location and is part of a multi-million dollar redevelopment of the venerable Rhode Island facility. Fadó at Lincoln Park is scheduled to open in January of 2007. The Pub will be over 7,000 square feet in size on three distinct levels and will feature Irish Greyhound racing inspired design, materials, and artifacts. One side of the Pub will feature a 20 foot high glass wall that will overlook Lincoln Park's signature Greyhound racetrack. The Irish Pub Company of Dublin will design and build the Pub in Ireland. It will then be shipped to Lincoln Park for installation. The Pub will be uniquely suited to Lincoln Park and will feature elements that tell the story of Greyhound racing and the sport's historical connection to Ireland. The multi-level facility will be the product of months of intensive research, design, and procurement of furniture and artifacts from around Ireland specifically for use at Fadó at Lincoln Park. BLB Investors, LLC Prinicipal Len Wolman expressed the importance of the Irish Pub to the re-creation project.
