Appetizers

Smoked Salmon Bites

Cold oak-smoked salmon on crisp boxty "blini" with capers, onions, light horseradish sauce and lemon.

 

Chicken Boxty Quesadilla

Grilled chicken, tomato pico and melted pepper jack cheese layered between two potato boxties and drizzled with red-chili aioli and sour cream on the side.

 

Entree

Pear & Bleu Cheese Salad with Chicken

Mixed greens, bleu cheese crumbles, sliced pear, Mandarin oranges and candied pecans tossed with poppy seed vinaigrette. Add your choice of grilled or fried chicken.

 

Fish & Chips

Lightly battered haddock served with thick-cut chips, tartar sauce and homemade slaw.

 

 Corned Beef & Cabbage

Corned beef topped with a creamy white wine-mustard sauce, served with red potatoes and buttered cabbage.

 

Shepherd's Pie

Ground sirloin, diced vegetables, in a rich beef sauce, topped with colcannon, served a traditional mash of carrot and parsnip, cheddar chives & Guinness bread.
