Served with Jameson 12 Year Old Special Reserve
Winter toasted Brie cheese wrapped in puff pastry and baked until golden. Topped with toasted almonds, dried cranberries and a drizzle of honey

Slow roasted pork belly with a Magners Cider reduction
Course 2
Served with Red Breast 12 Year
Green Peppercorn NY Strip Steak:
Char grilled New York Strip steak cooked to your desired temp (recommended medium) topped with a green peppercorn sauce and served with rosemary roasted baby red potatoes
OR
Curried Sea Bass:
Pan seared sea bass cooked to a golden perfection. Served over a garbanzo bean and bell pepper stir-fry and topped with Irish curry sauce
Course 3
Served with Jameson Gold
Banana Spring Roll:
A thin spring roll filled with fresh banana, peanut butter and chocolate sauce, deep fried until golden, sprinkled with sugar and served over Guinness ice cream with caramel sauce

Fadó Irish Pub is offering New Years Eve deals to make Fado Irish Pub & Restaurant one of the most affordable (and fun) New Year’s Eve events this year. Pre-purchase tickets to the event in advance for special discounts. Tickets cost $15 on the day of the event and $10 if bought during the presale.
Cover doesn’t start until 8pm so arrive early, skip the cover and ensure a great seat. We'll have a complimentary champagne toast to celebrate the Irish New Year at 7pm and another one at midnight to ring in 2012. Our DJ will be playing all of your favorite songs starting at 9pm to ensure your night is enjoyable!
