 A light fluffy omelet with Irish bacon, tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, and cheddar.

Bangers, rashers, fried eggs and cheddar on toasted sour dough. 

Eggs Benedict
Soft poached eggs, spinach and rashers on toasted English muffins, with hollandaise.

Irish Smoked Salmon Bagel
A toasted bagel is topped with generous smoked salmon, whipped cream cheese, onions and capers. 

French Toast W/Almond Cream Cheese 
Thick slices of Texas toast griddle cooked golden, served sandwich style w/ a lush cream cheese filling & Strawberry preserve.
