Best Soccer BarFadó Announces Trip Giveaway to World Cup 2010 in South Africa to Watch the US Men's National Team
(SEATTLE, WA) DECEMBER 17, 2009 – U.S. Soccer announced today that Fadó Irish Pub in Seattle was voted by fans as the Best Soccer Bar in the U.S. in their annual 'Best of' competition. For three weeks, fans voted for one of 10 finalists in the Best Bar category. Finalists included multiple previous winners and bars and pubs from cities like Chicago, New York City, Philadelphia and Austin, TX. Gerry Leonard, the General Manager at Fadó, was elated to hear the announcement. ”We were so excited to hear the news”, says Leonard. “It's been great hosting U.S. fans during the World Cup qualifiers and during Seattle Sounders matches.
