Responsible for managing specific department(s) in a Pub including the development of its sales, people, and profits. Manages in accordance with our established standards and procedures. Ensures memorable guest experiences that create a sense of comfort and belonging, controls Pub costs including cost of goods and labor. Supervises all departmental operations and insures that Fadó standards for quality and service are met. People well suited for this position will enjoy managing shifts in all day-parts and is hands-on and capable of assisting any position and being responsible for all aspects of daily FOH and BOH operations. Minimum 1 year of successful experience with FOH sales and cost responsibility in a comparable operation. Knowledge and appreciation of Irish Pub culture is important as is understandnig the role and behavior of the Publican.
Delivers the Fadó promise of creating memorable experiences and connecting with customers. Serves food and beverage and is adept at all service functions while getting to know guests and maintaining a clean, safe, professional environment. Good candidates will have above average interpersonal skills (they are 'people people'). You must be 20 years of age or older with a minimum 1 year of high-volume bar or food service experience.
