Terms and Conditions1- No purchase necessary. Registration is free. Void where prohibited.
2 - Eligibility: Entrants must be 21 years of age and legal residents in the United States and of the states of CO, CT, GA, IL, TX, OH, PA, MD, MO, NV, NJ, VA, MD, WA, NY, RI or the District of Columbia. Program is void in other states, U.S. Territories, and possessions where prohibited by law.
3 - This promotion is governed by US law and subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Directors, officers and employees of Fado Pubs Inc and (collectively the Company), their divisions, affiliates, vendors, licensed retailers, advertising, promotion and fulfillment agencies, and their immediate families (parent, sibling, or any person residing in the same household as the employee) are NOT eligible to win any prizes.
4 - Only one entry per person is permitted regardless of how many e-mail addresses or methods of regisration the entrant has or uses.
5 - Any evidence of illegal activity or violation of any law or regulation shall render entry ineligible. If entrant engages in any conduct that is viewed to be improper, unfair, or otherwise adverse to the operation of the contest or an related web site or detrimental to other entrants of the website then they may be disqualified. Such improper conduct, includes, but is not limited to, falsifying personal information required during registration, entry or prize claim, supplying any information designed to circumvent any provision of these terms and condiions, violating any term or condition stated herein, accumulating points or prizes through methods such as automated computer scripts or any other programming techniques, allowing others to use entrant's personal information for accumulating points or prizes, or intentionally trying to defraud, reverse engineer, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with the computer programs on this or affiliated website. Entrant agrees the Compnay may void any prize that the entrant may have won and/or require the return of any prize that entrant may have won as a result of such improper conduct. Incorrect, incomplete, illegible or corrupted entries will not be accepted
6 - Time Period: The Game will begin at 12:00 noon (EST) 02/13/09 and end at approximately 12:00 midnight on April 1, 2009. Participation in the game is subject to the Official Rules, and all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
7 - Entry Deadlines: Entries must be received by the end date/time. The Company cannot be held liable if this or any affiliated website or service are unavailable at any time. No responsibility will be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed.
8 - Prize package includes:
- Roundtrip Air from JFK or SFO to Dublin on Aer Lingus Airlines All international taxes & fuel surcharges included. Valid travel dates -April 18 - Dec 15, 2009. 30 days advance booking notice required.
- 5 days / 4 night's hotel accommodations at Grafton Capital Hotel including all hotel taxes, service fees and gratuities, full breakfast daily and roundtrip airport transfers
- Hop on / Hop off Dublin City Tour
- Tour of the Guinness Brewery at St James Gate
- 2 tickets to either a hurling or Gaelic football match (contingent on timing of trip)

9 - Picking a winner: Winner will be picked at random from all entries during the contest period.
10 - Notification: Winner will be notified by email, phone or direct message (or via U.S. mail if applicable) using the contact information supplied at the time of registration. Within 10 business days of the end of the contest. Winners will have ten (10) days from the date such notification was sent to respond by following the instructions provided in such notification. Prize winners grant the Company the rights to publish their name and likeness in connection with promotion of the contest. Winner will be required to submit valid identification to the Company to execute those releases the Company deems necessary, without additional compensation, including, but not limited to, an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release (where permissible). Failure to comply with these requirements may result in disqualification. The Company is not responsible for and shall not be liable for a prize that is declined or undeliverable, or for any prize or prize notification that is returned as undeliverable or if the winner fails to timely return the above mentioned documentation. In any of these situations the original winner will be disqualified and a new winner will be chosen.
11 - Limitations of Liability: By registering for the contest, all participants release the Company and their respective parents, subsidiaries, directors, governors, stockholders, employees, vendors, representatives, sponsors, co-sponsors and affiliates, and advertising and promotional agencies (collectively, "Released Parties") from any against and all costs, expenses, liability, damages, claims or actions of any kind, including those related to injuries or damages to persons or property, arising out of or in connection with participation in the contest, receipt, ownership or use of any prize, the preparation for, participation in, or traveling to any prize-related activity or in connection with any claims based upon violation of publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy. Additionally, participants agree that the Released Parties shall not be responsible for a) lost, late, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage due mail; b) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web site users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Contest or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries in the Contest; c) any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, telephones, software, or hardware, failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this contest; d) any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, or the theft, destruction or alteration of entries or other materials; and e) the cancellation or postponement of any games during the contest. The Company may prohibit any entrant from participating in this Game or any future promotion or refuse to award a prize or prizes to an entrant if they determine in their discretion that such entrant (i) has tampered with the entry process or the operation of the contest or any Web site, (including, without limitation, trying to defraud, reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile or otherwise tamper with the Game's computer programs and systems), (ii) has violated the terms and conditions, or (iii) has acted (a) in an un-sportsmanlike manner, (b) with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass either company or any entrant, or (c) in an improper manner that is adverse to the operation of the contenst or detrimental to another Entrant, or (d) in any other disruptive manner. The use of any automated entry device is prohibited. All taxes, fees and surcharges on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winners. If, for any reason, the Game is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Company which corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the contest, the Company reserve the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contenst and, at their discretion, award prizes from among all non-suspect, eligible participants and/or disqualify suspect entrants. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any online Prize Winner, the Prize Winner will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the applicable e-mail address at issue.
12 - Winner List: A winner's list may be obtained thirty (30) days after the receipt of prize by the winner by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the following address:

13 - Governing Law - These terms and conditions shall be governed in accordance with the law of the State of Georgia. The enumeration herein of certain rights does not exclude others which may be given by law.
