Kitchen Manager
Responsible for managing the Pub's kitchen including the development of its sales, people, and profits in accordance with our established pub standards and procedures. Key areas include insuring the highest food quality possible, controlling cost of goods and labor expenses, supervising all kitchen operations (quality, safety, sanitation, staffing, new menu item development). Minimum 2 years of successful experience with BOH cost responsibility in comparable operation. Knowledge and appreciation of Irish Pub culture is a plus. We look for demonstrated competence in leadership, sales building, human resources, team building, quality operations, problem solving, administration and financial responsibility. This position reports to the pub's General Manager.
Manager
Responsible for managing specific department(s) in a Pub including the development of its sales, people, and profits. Manages in accordance with our established standards and procedures. Ensures memorable guest experiences that create a sense of comfort and belonging, controls Pub costs including cost of goods and labor. Supervises all departmental operations and insures that Fadó standards for quality and service are met. People well suited for this position will enjoy managing shifts in all day-parts and is hands-on and capable of assisting any position and being responsible for all aspects of daily FOH and BOH operations. Minimum 1 year of successful experience with FOH sales and cost responsibility in a comparable operation. Knowledge and appreciation of Irish Pub culture is important as is understandnig the role and behavior of the Publican.
