Irish Whiskey or Uisce Beathea (ish ca-ba-ha) is known as the "Water of Life." On this night we are devoting an entire evening to it. Join Fadó and our friends from Jameson Irish Whiskey to celebrate the "Water of Life" with whiskey inspired food pairings.
The Tasting Menu

Paired with Salmon Bites - traditional cold oak-smoked salmon on crisp boxty “blini” with capers, onions, light horseradish sauce and lemon
- Jameson 12 year
Paired with Spicy Chicken Satay - tender strips of marinated chicken served with a sweet and spicy peanut sauce
- Jameson Gold
Paired with Hot Brie Rarebit - buttery flavored warm brie on toasted baguette with apple onion relish, honey and green onion dressing
- Midleton
Paired with sample portions of our Trinity Steak Boxty - grilled steak, sautéed mushrooms, and onions rolled in our own boxty topped with a whiskey-garlic sauce
