Shepherd's Pie review by Cody R
I've had the good fortune to experience several different recipes for Shepherds Pie, from family, friends, restaurants, etc. Since moving to Columbus, OH, I've been through Dublin and to several locations to find the best in the city, so I know what place to call home. Fado understands what a great Shepherds Pie is supposed to be; it's not some lightly cooked stew with barely cooked veggies and chunks of cooked beef that spent all of ten minutes in the stew. This is something that has been passionately cooked until every ingredient and flavor have combined, the kind of stew you start overnight and keep cooking through the day, then thrown in a cast iron server, topped with a proper Colcannon, browned by either salamander or in a broiler until perfectly topped golden brown. I tell everyone it's the best Shepherds Pie I've ever had, reminds me of days spent out in the world, while the food cooks on the fire all day.

Fado's Lamb Dip is an absolute must-order. The meat is tender and flavorful, the au jus is rich and savory, and the toasted roll holds everything together perfectly without getting soggy. It's the kind of sandwich you keep thinking about long after your meal. My favorite way to enjoy it is to pair it with a perfectly poured pint of Guinness, and you've got one of the best pub meals around. Highly recommend!

I ordered the Fish and Chips while I watched a World Cup soccer game. The food and atmosphere was wonderful. The fish was crisp and fresh. I enjoyed everything and will definitely return when visiting Atlanta again!

I absolutely loved these fried goat cheese bites. The truffle honey added such a nice touch to it as well. The savory from the goat cheese and mild sweetness from the honey drizzle was the perfect appetizer to start off
